1. Ordering & Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as secure payment methods.

  • All orders are processed in USD.

  • Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Orders may be modified or cancelled by 11:59 PM CST on the day of ordering. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Shipping times may vary based on product demand. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. Estimated delivery ranges between 4–20 days.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the customs process in your country.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Prices listed on our website are tax-free.

  • You may be liable for duties, taxes, or other fees once your order arrives, as determined by your local customs office.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays or fees imposed by customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of many of our items (e.g., grooming products, feeders), all sales are final and non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

  • If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
     - Include your order number
     - Provide clear photos of the issue
     - Send a video if the product doesn’t turn on with new batteries

  • If eligible, we will reship the item to the address on file at no additional charge.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to your original payment method.
     - Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after approval.

5. Privacy & Security

Your privacy and security are our top priority. All transactions are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers — they are securely transmitted to our payment processor for authorization and approval.
