Q: Do you accept orders outside of the US?
A: Yes. We ship worldwide.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal
Q: How secure is my online order?
A: In order to offer you a safe shopping experience, your card details are protected by 256-bit SSL Encryption. Your information is sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Q: Can I use several discount codes in one order?
A: Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with others unless stated otherwise.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 11:59 PM CST on the day of ordering. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: Shipping times depend on the demand of the products. Due to high demand of some items, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Estimated times are between 4-20 days.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You can track your order by the tracking link provided in the email you get once the item ships.
Q: Will I be charged customs or taxes?
A: The prices displayed are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable for duties and taxes once you receive the order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Q: I don't like my purchase. How can I return it?
A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of most of our products, all sales are final. This is because of hygienic reasons.
Q: What if I received incorrect/defective/damaged items?
A: Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, pictures of the damaged item, and a video if the issue is that the item won't turn on with new batteries. We will then reship to your address on file.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-5 business days of cancellation request.
